Monday to Thursday – 8.00 to 17.00
Friday – 8.00 to 16.00

If the end-user is using one of our Super-Stockists or Stockists there is no carriage charge, except if there are any special deliveries required through the wholesaler.

We will always endeavour to despatch any order the same day as received.

To ensure same day despatch, orders should be received by Cudis at least 1 hour prior to closing.

If we cannot despatch on the same day, we will attempt to contact you.

There are options for delivery, generally one of the below is used:

• Next day, before 10am: which is a premium service
• Next day, before 10am, direct to site: which is a premium service
• Express 24: generally customers receive their goods within 24 business hours of shipment
• Express 24 direct to site: generally customers receive their goods within 24 hours business of shipment

Type AC RCDs and RCBOs can only be used if BOTH of the following conditions are true:

• The load on the system is fixed
• The load on the system contains NO DC elements
